Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing sales operations, developing new sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Operations Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, generating reports, and making recommendations to senior management based on the findings.

Roles and Responsibility

Handling inbound customer inquiries.

Pre-qualifying inquiries.

Scheduling client appointments at our experience center.

Following up with customers to close orders.

Processing order closure documents and coordinating.

Coordinating with the design team for order closure.

• Analytical Skills, Sales Operations Skills, and Communication Skills
• Customer Service and Sales Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the landscaping or home improvement industries is a plus
