Job description
The candidate should be a qualified CA with over 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounts function of Shipping Agency / Logistics industry with at least 5 years as Head/Deputy Head of Finance. Responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations and accounting for the Group, tax compliances, strategic financial planning & analysis, regulatory compliances, risk management, Treasury activities, statutory compliances, cost & vendor management . The candidate should possess good relationship building, negotiation, analytical and team management skills, hands on experience in designing internal controls and streamlining accounting systems, and abilities in liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and other external agencies Must have in-depth knowledge of Income Tax, Service Tax, FEMA Regulation, DTAA and Freight Tax.
