Job Role & Responsibilities
Conduct Chargeback Investigation and Dispute Handling with 1-3 years of experience in this field.
Handle inbound English calls and outbound member calls for Buyer Purchase verification.
Manage customer calls with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Call Center environment.
Review and analyze online purchases at Sears and Kmart, interpreting evidence for fraud investigation.
Assess the risk associated with orders and their vulnerability to fraud.
Focus on customer satisfaction while evaluating order risk and fraud vulnerability.
Develop innovative methods to detect and neutralize fraudsters without impacting legitimate customers.
Must-have Skills
Excellent Written & Spoken English.
Customer call handling experience.
Strong logical interpretation skills.
Proficiency in fraud investigation techniques.
Knowledge of US English is preferred.
Team player, self-motivated, success-driven, creative, and critical thinker.
Good-to-have Skills
Understanding of the e-commerce industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Basic comprehension of risk investigation tools, user experience, and online customer behavior.
Ability to identify fraudulent activities and preemptively address them.
Focus on quality output during high yield hours.
Ability to comprehend and accurately follow multiple instructions.
Deadline-focused with the ability to deliver within set schedules.
Experience in Chargeback Investigation and Dispute Handling in the e-commerce industry, encompassing both buyer and seller accounts.
