Duration of Internship - Mar to August 2024 (6 months)

Project Description:

RTE 2009, Section 12(1)(c) is being implemented in Bihar through a dedicated MIS Portal (Gyandeep), where Indus Action is supporting the Deptt. of Primary Education as the Technical Partner since March 2023; to support the process of policy formulation, technology design, mass awareness campaign and grievance redressal process.

At Indus Action, you will be responsible for:

Operational support:

• Day-to-day engagement w ith the district, block-level officers, school administrators and parents.
• As part of the campaign strategy, coordinate with like-minded media persons, social activities, CSOs and associations towards the common aim
• Conduct necessary field visits for handholding support.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

• Capable to handle data and MIS portal
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Proficiency in excel and a working knowledge of Google Drive
• Prior experience in survey is highly preferred

Education and Experience:

• A fresher with a bachelor's degree in any stream with a good academic record, preferably based out of Patna , may apply. 

Compensation:

• The intern will be compensated between 15k to 20k per month.
