Position: Accounts Payable - US Process.
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM IST to 12: 30 AM IST
Years of Experience: 1- 3 years.
Roles and Responsibilities
· 1-year minimum experience in Accounts payable or related function
· Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
· Must have experience coding invoices system allocation to multiple departments/cost centers
· Experience with reconciling credit card statements is a plus, but not required.
· Must have 1 year experience with some Accounts payable software
· Experience with Great Plains / MS Dynamics General Ledger / Accounts payable module a plus but not required.
· Must be proficient in MS Excel i.e. - formulas, sorting, find function, etc.
· Employees must have critical thinking skills.
· Reports directly to the Accounts Payable Lead in Hyderabad.
· Must have some experience interfacing with US / UK / Australian-based accounting staff.
