Role: IT Recruiter

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Bangalore, Kalyan Nagar

Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face interview only

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Notice Period: 15 days /Immediate joiners

Job Description:

Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more
Must have experience in IT Recruitment
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Manage End to End recruitment
Performing reference and background checks
Experience in Team handling and stake holder management.
Teams or Google Meet interviews to validate candidates IDs.
Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
Should be able to work with a team take responsibility of his/her portfolio of demands.
