Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by driving sales and revenue through the acquisition and sale of properties. They are responsible for cultivating client relationships understanding market trends and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new leads and convert them into clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property value
- Prepare and present competitive market analysis
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property
- Promote properties through advertisements and listing services
- Coordinate property closings overseeing signing of documents
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Attend and participate in property shows and exhibitions
- Build and maintain a network of potential clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate or related field
- Valid Real Estate license
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of local and national Real Estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and Real Estate software
- Demonstrated track record of sales success
