Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our real estate business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance coaching and performance evaluations.
  3. Recruit train and onboard new sales team members.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients real estate agents and other stakeholders.
  5. Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
  6. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary tools resources and training to succeed.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
  10. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities to senior management.
  12. Keep abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  5. Indepth knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  6. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
  9. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  10. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  11. Real estate license is a plus.
