About SuFin:
SuFin is an integrated B2B Ecommerce Platform which leverages L&T's deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.
Desired profile
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate
- Location: Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai
- Experience : 15+ years
- Preferred Candidates from E-commerce
- Relevant experience of marketplace with familiarity of MRO/Industrial preferably
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring Quality of L&T-SuFin Branded Products
- Ensuring adherence by OEMs to Quality Norms and enabling Quality Certifications of products inline with the Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)
- Liaison with Labs for Testing and Inspection of production lots and ensuring availability of associated reports
- Pre-Despatch Inspections
- Coordinating with cross-functional team members to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Conduct back end operations for managing Market Partnership.
- Close coordination with cross-functional team for ensuring fulfilment of all key value propositions of Market partners.
- Interactions with Marketing team for ensuring timely completion of tasks related to Market Partnership
- Keeping track of all value propositions offered to Market Partners and regularly communicating with them for maintaining healthy relationship from the central office. (Ad Banner slots, RFQs etc.)
- Responsible for generating leads in Market Partnership and conversion of leads.
