Job description

Responsibilities: · Full ownership for maximizing sales of the designated area. · Responsible for Delhi - NCR Region – sales. · Daily reporting of visits to ZSM & VP Sales. · Required traveling of 5-6 days a week. · Lead Generation through internet and word of mouth. · Support distributors in channel sales. · Plan the sales strategy for the Flavours and Fragrances division, Analyze the sales trends, assess the in-house capability and strength areas. · Ensure key customer interface at regular basis. · Coordinate with plant for production planning and dispatch pro-actively to maintain the existing and future business. · Ensure customer database is updated and recording and reporting of data as and when required. · Have a strong understanding of market research and customer requirements. · Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Desired Skills & Experience: · Ideally, should have at least 2 years of experience in fragrance, Food/Flavours or Personal care industry. · Graduate/Postgraduate in science. · Must be fluent in English and Hindi and regional languages. · The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team · The ability to deal with rejection. · Flexible in Travelling as & when required. · Attention to detail. · Preference will be given to the local candidates from Delhi . The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets. · Good business sense and a professional manner.
