Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target customer segments
- Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media marketing to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Nurture and develop relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns to attract potential customers
- Actively monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated on market conditions
- Regularly track and report on lead generation activities, including metrics and outcomes
- Continuously optimize lead generation strategies to ensure maximum conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
