Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target customer segments
• Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media marketing to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads
• Nurture and develop relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns to attract potential customers
• Actively monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated on market conditions
• Regularly track and report on lead generation activities, including metrics and outcomes
• Continuously optimize lead generation strategies to ensure maximum conversion rates

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales role
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
