Job Description:
• The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
• Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
• Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' fit and technical competence.
• Present career opportunities to qualified applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
• Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible for working on Contracts and permanent positions.
• Well-versed in Canadian tax terms like Open work permit, Close work permit, PR, Citizen, and US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Extensive experience in handling complete US and Canada recruitment life cycles.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT Technologies.
• Experience in working with direct clients.
• Excellent communications must.
