Overview:

The IT Sales Executive specializing in digital marketing solutions is responsible for driving sales of IT Industry and services tailored to meet the digital marketing needs of clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, understanding client requirements, and proposing IT solutions to enhance their digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients in industries where digital marketing plays a crucial role.

- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.

2. Needs Assessment and Consultative Selling:

- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their current digital marketing strategies, pain points, and objectives.

- Recommend IT solutions and services that align with the client's digital marketing goals and budget.

3. Solution Presentation and Demonstration:

- Present digital marketing IT solutions and services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

- Customize demonstrations and case studies to showcase how the proposed solutions can address the client's specific needs and challenges.

4. Proposal Development and Pricing:

- Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to develop tailored proposals and quotes based on client requirements.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the organization.

5. Sales Pipeline Management:

- Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to advance the sales process and meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitor offerings.

- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence to enhance product development and sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.

- Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in IT solutions or digital marketing services.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

- Hands on Experince in portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr and managing other sources, client requirements, and client relationship channels.

- Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

* Should be able to work in night shift (USA, UK).
