Job description

Office Management:
• Supervise and manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work
environment.
• Coordinate office resources, including space allocation, equipment, and supplies.
Vendor Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost
effective services.
• Monitor service providers' performance and address any issues that may arise.
Travel and Accommodation:
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and
transportation.
• Manage travel itineraries and ensure adherence to travel policies.
Event Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
• Arrange logistics, catering, and necessary materials for successful event execution.
Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, including expense reports, invoices, and
office inventory.
• Prepare reports on administrative metrics as required.
Communication and Correspondence:
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Draft and proofread official documents, letters, and announcements.
Facility Management:
• Oversee facilities maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and security.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
Team Support:
• Provide administrative support to various departments and executives as needed.
• Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Policy Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting administrative functions
