???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????:- This role is that of a Senior Sales Manager at Synycs's which involves doing market research that can help build a sales funnel for Synycs. The Senior Sales Manager would be responsible for generating qualified leads, reaching them, identifying the opportunity and closing the deal. The candidate will be supported by marketing team, Inside Sales Team and Pre-Sales team but closing the deal to achieve targets in both India and the global market will be the KPI of the ideal candidate.

The Senior Cloud Sales Manager is also required to maintain relationships with key contacts at the customer organizations for further account growth and new opportunities. To find, develop and manage business opportunities in line with Synyc's strategies and in accordance with the agreed revenue and KPI targets. Create demand for Synyc's services from the active client base and in line with the company's sales strategy.

Selling Experience: Cloud Sales Experience working with AWS/GCP/Azure and selling cloud services to clients. Experience selling Blockchain / UI&UX/ Web application/ Mobile App for Both Android& IOS etc. can also be considered.

Cloud Sales & Business development - Generating new business and Cloud Computing Solutions. Evaluating market for new business opportunity, key account management, handling of corporate tie-ups, maintaining relationship with existing clients, implement defined marketing strategies to meet and achieve targeted sales.

Major job responsibilities will include:

1. Deal creation and closing

2. Handling corporate tie-ups

3. Maintaining relations with clients

4. Evaluation of the potential of corporate clients

5. Collecting competitor information on supplementary distribution business

6. Retention, Enhancement & Deepening relationships with the clients

7. To implement defined marketing strategies, achieve targeted sales, and ensure increase in Synycs market share. To develop and maintain close rapport with customers. Should have the ability to work cooperatively in a team & proactive temperament.

ABILITIES:

1. · Perform market analysis and research on competition.

2. · Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

3. · Support the team in daily administrative tasks.

4. · Preparing PowerPoint presentations.

5. · Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.

6. · Developing proposals.

7. · Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

8. · Assist in promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web).

9. · Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
