Assisting in End-to-end Recruitment through various sources such as advertisement, portals, postings, internal circulars, references etc.
Conducting, Co-coordinating and scheduling interviews of all vacancy directly for Altus /CERF and through admin for our Institutions. Assist reporting officer in closure of all Senior Profiles (GM & above)
Regular maintenance review and update of Recruitment tracker
TRAINING:
Assisting in Huddle Meeting
Assisting in all Training event co-ordination.
Scheduling & coordinating in house & external trainings (Boot Camp, AMA & others) as per Calendar.
Maintain and timely updation record of trainings done & feedback of training.
AUDIT & SURVEY:
Assist in Audit of Attendance at Altus and for projects.
Assisting in Exit surveys, full and final calculation
Maintenance and analysis of MIS of projects as per HR dashboard
HR – INDUCTION:
·Maintaining documentation and file updations and records of HR dept/ Projects etc.
EVENT MANAGEMENT:
Be a part of events organised by HR team.
Ensuring compliance of policies and laws are in place.
Strategic inputs in any areas as required by in charge.
Assist in Policy framing and revisions.
Assist in any other area of work as directed by Manager/Organization.
