Must Have these Skills

• Good in Comms
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Project plan and software task breakdown
• Resource planning and effort planning
• Azure dev board management
• Sprint planning management
• UK or US client experience

Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage projects using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Lead and manage Technical projects

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and meet client expectations.
• Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships with UK-based clients.
• Address and resolve project impediments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices and principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Strong experience in managing UK-based clients and understanding their business culture.

Technical Skillset

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred
