Job description

Safety 11. Visit four times in a month for CFSA
2. Kaizen, WCM and Near Miss
Procurement Management 21. Daily PR Review (WBS, Delegation, Material Code details with specification, Cost)
2. Daily floating enquiry, obtaining quotation, making CS and final negotiation
3. Daily LOI and SAP PO and Regularisation
4. Creation and Extention of vendor in MDRM / SAP
5. Follow up and coordination for Materials Suppliers and Service providers
6. Cost Reduction initiative for every procurement (Important)
Vendor Development 31. New Vendor Development (Sister Unit, Existing Vendor, Internet, User Departments Etc.) (Important)
2. Market Visit, Introduction letter by vendor
3. Vendor Creation, Registration, Extention in MDRM
4. Co-ordination with CPC, Vendor, Unit for all incoming, Outgoing materials (Including STO)
5. Implementation and maintainance of Vendor Portal
6. Vendor Evaluation as per UTCL
Store, Material & Inventory Management 41. Store Function Monitoring and Reviewing (RT, GRN, STO)
2. Monitoring Materials issue / receipt posting (Chargable/Non Chargable)
3. Reviewing Reconciliation of all materials, including steel, cement, Humepipe etc. (Chargable/Non Chargable)
4. All type materials loading and unloading with complete safely as per SOP
5. Material Identification (Project & Operation) Support
6. Scrap Sales Management
7. Physical verification of Steel, Store & spares and assets, as per SOP.
8. Ensuring of all materials movement, storage, control and protection of goods
9. Arrangement of heavy vechiles (As and when needed)
Compliance, Goverance and Audit 51. MIS related to Purchase, Stores as per requirement from HO, mother units and reuired by seniors
2. Handling of all type of periodic audits related to purchase and store
3. Incoming and Outgoing Material MIS Review
4. System compliace and system development related to purchase and store function
5. People Development and support in store function
6. Active Participation in Skill Development Training programmes and Meetings
7. Safe Record Keepings
