Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Counsellor + Back-office Executive role located in Ahmedabad. As our Counsellor + Back-office Executive, you will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions for prospective clients, providing end-to-end visa and immigration solutions and guidance, maintaining records and databases to validate service quality and comparability, and generating business revenue by taking part in lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Fill up and verify all relevant Visa and immigration documents for different countries like Canada, UK, USA. And Australia etc. 
• Preparing and maintaining check lists of all required documents for admission and visa applications. 
• Manage / maintain all kind of registers like document register etc. 
• To do admission process & Visa filing process. 
• Co-coordinating with all Departmental Heads for follows-up. 
• Good Communication Skills. 
• Maintaining good relationships with students / clients / associates. 

Note: There may be times when you will be required to work outside of normal business hours and adapt to flexible schedules to meet the needs of clients in different time zones.
