Job Title : Technician – Instrumentation
Business : POLYETHYLENE (PE) MANUFACTURING OF BATTERY SEPARATORS
Department:Â ITI Engineering
Location : Dahej , Gujarat
Education : ITI Electrical / Instrumentation OnlyÂ
Scope and Authority ï€To execute day to day operational activities by following standard operating procedures and work related instructions in safe and compliant manner.
Reporting Relationships ï€Report to: Engineer – Instrumentation
ï€Supervises: NIL

Responsibilities
ï€Safety
-Foster culture of Safety at Site.
-Lead and drive Safety Excellance intivatives for GUJ Site including projects and construction safety.
-Ensure that all manditory safety trainings has been imparted and required legal, local and statutory compleinces meet timely manner.

-Clarity, focused, ethical and materialize business goals as per company's policy /guideline

ï€Responsible for taking ownership for safety and quality related compliance execution in respective work areas as per defined company standards.
ï€Responsible for maintaining shift wise logbooks as per defined standard /operating procedure/ work instructions.
ï€Responsible for maintaining excellent 5S /housekeeping standards in respective work area.
ï€Responsible for reporting any deviation / abnormalities to shift supervisor.
ï€Responsible for taking ownership for effective resource utilization, losses elimination, reporting, and preventing any unsafe behavior in respective work area.
ï€Responsible for waste / rejection / safe storage as per defined procedures.
ï€Accountability ï€Follow the safety and quality instructions while executing day-to-day shift Automation Operation and maintenance activities.
ï€Participate and contribute in operational excellence related initiatives at shop floor.
Education and Experience ï€
Education: ITI Electrical / Instrumentation
-Professional experience: 4-5 years of experience handling Automation operation and maintenance independently. Preferably in Chemical / Petrochemical / Polymer / Engineering Industries.
-Languages: English, Hindi , Gujarat
-Know-how: -Operational knowledge of handing automation – operation and maintenance in manufacturing Operations.
-Basic understanding of ISO 9001/ 14001/ OHSAS management system
Good verbal and written Communication skills
