Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kalna. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, including managing and leading a team, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring quality control standards are met, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, supply chain management, or logistics
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fisheries or Zoology
- Experience in the fisheries industry is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards is an asset
