Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at AACRRON Early Learning Center located in Preet Vihar. As an Admissions Counselor, the candidate will be responsible for guiding potential parents and guardians through the admissions process. The role involves giving tours, answering questions, and maintaining a positive atmosphere to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Additionally, the candidate will need to maintain accurate records, follow-up with inquiries, and meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Education background or experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure all inquiries are addressed
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
