Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role of Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing our ecommerce website, monitoring inventory levels and sales trends, improving website functionality and user experience, and providing customer service via multiple channels. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Kolkata but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales and web analytics data, monitor trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service through multiple channels, as well as communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
- E-Commerce Skills: Experience with managing an ecommerce website, understanding of website functionality, and ability to improve website user experience
- Sales Skills: Experience in driving sales growth, implementing promotions or other incentives, and understanding of how to increase conversions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the food industry or ecommerce is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
