Job description

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills who can provide efficient and reliable IT services both remotely and onsite when our colleague needed. The candidate shall have experience working with various technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, VMware , IT admin support etc., along with excellent vendor management skills.


IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
• Manage network and server infrastructure, including antivirus, firewall, anti-spam/spyware, and backups, as well as manage IT software and applications
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards and procedures
• Document IT processes and procedures
• Perform network, server, and application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Conduct software installations
• Perform software upgrades
• Perform hardware upgrades
• Take part in vendor management
• Perform LAN/WAN and security analysis
• Implement new software and hardware systems
• Manage change control
• Manage IT projects
• Manage IT vendors
• Perform hardware troubleshooting
• Administer LAN/WAN and network security
• Perform LAN/WAN and network security implementation
• Perform security audits
• Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting


Requirements And Skills
• 2+ years experience in a technical support role
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and applications
• Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
• Experience working with Active Directory
• Experience working with Microsoft Exchange
• Deployment of office applications
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
