Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Product Manager to join our team at BXI - Barter Exchange of India. As a Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of innovative technology products and solutions. This is a mid-level position with a requirement of 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Technology Product Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint planning
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in product launch and go-to-market strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology product strategy, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements
• Translate user needs and market trends into product innovation
• Define product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, conduct market research, and gather customer feedback
• Identify and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business impact
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies
• Lead end-to-end project management and ensure successful product launches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
