Wiseasy is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team! As a rapidly growing global company, we are looking for candidates who are open-minded, self-directed, resourceful, and dedicated to making a positive impact on our business.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to achieve forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections. Expand our client base, particularly in India, by cultivating strong relationships and maximizing solution sales through activities such as attending exhibitions, trade shows, and organizing localized marketing campaigns. Engage with existing and potential clients, as well as stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc.) to secure new business and grow existing customer accounts. Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring a consistent sales cadence for pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, and expertise in the market. Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations, sales forecasts, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection, and expense reports in CRM. Collaborate with the global sales and R&D team in China to provide support for local clients. Adhere to Wiseasy's policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to honest and ethical business conduct.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field. A minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience in sales management and marketing, preferably within a global company. Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous. Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS/payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team. Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Open-minded with a positive working attitude, capable of multitasking. Independent, proactive, taking ownership and accountability for assignments. Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficient in English and local language. Knowledge in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues is an added advantage. Travelling may be required.
