Job description
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances.
- Comply with provisions of various labour legislations and ensure timely filing of various returns under labour laws.
- Involved in statutory audits regarding PF, ESI, PWA, MWA, WCA etc. ,
- Management Time Office Attendance system and Pay Roll inputs
- Responsible for welfare activities at plant including canteen and other welfare.
- Contract labour management.
- Negotiation with recognized union for Long Term Settlement
- Facilitate discipline management and domestic inquiry proceedings.
- Dealing with Union their leaders & representatives for union settlement and other issues
- Liaison with government authorities GLO, Factory inspector.
- Build cordial industrial relations with Union and Plant ER Teams.
- Data Management - Collation of data from various stakeholder from plant location and analysis of the same as per need (LTS, Bonus negotiation, Benchmarking etc.).
- Facilitate manpower studies for optimization and right sizing of manpower.
- Play a critical role in the on-boarding and assimilation of new hires at the Plant into company culture, policies, processes etc. by driving initiatives in engagement.
- Actively participates in recruitment campaign, walk-in; Campus relations programs, ensure creation of candidate pipeline
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Manage Employee lifecycle data and actions on Oracle HCM
- Handling dispute under Standing Order & ID Act.
- Legal formalities in case of accidents in the works (Major/ Fatal/ Minor)
Preferred Skills :
- Must have exposure of Long Term Settlement with Union. Should have done atleast one settlement during career span.

- Operational knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP, Oracle HCM and People Strong
- Other essentials: Maturity, Patient listener, pleasant personality, thorough knowledge of labor laws and command on legal issues.
- Command on Gujarati language (read, write & speak).
- Good command over Microsoft excel

- Good planning and organization skills;
Qualifications: MSW / MLW / MHRM / MBA-HR from a reputed university or Institute. Preference will be given to applicants having base qualification BE/B. Tech.
Experience : 7 - 15 yrs.
