Role : Manager - Digital Ad Sales
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 3+ years
CTC on Offer : Upto INR 20 lacs p.a.
Workstyle : In Office (5 day work week)
Client : Leading Online Publisher
Purpose
Revenue Generation via Digital Ad sales (Inventory and Content) to Agencies / Clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage and strategize with senior level executives at agencies / client companies to demonstrate how our digital publishing brands can add value to their business.
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with client senior executives at SVP, VP and CMO levels.
- Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
- Clearly & compellingly communicate our value proposition to marketers.
- Capture & Document the client's requirements.
- Engage with Brand Solutions & other internal teams to deliver client requirements.
- Manage clients effectively.
- Hit target revenue quota.
- Pitch new business to digital & other agencies and direct clients.
- Track expiring contracts and negotiate to retain & grow accounts.
- Regularly report advertising sales revenue, sales and inventory forecasting and KPI & other analysis (CPM, CPC, CPI, etc.).
- Proactively provide competition client & industry specific research / data / information.
- Update and create sales proposals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales role with a Digital Publishing brand.
- Relationships with key decision makers at leading companies and Top agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of working within a dynamic, performance driven environment.
- Customer-focused with ability to recognize sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.
