Job Profile : Cv Capture backend
Experience : 0 To 2 Years
Salary Budget : Up to 4.00 LPA
Working Days : Monday-Friday
Shift timing : 3:00 pm to 12:00 am
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :-
Add / Update information in a proprietary data base classified and categorized appropriately, per defined standards
Authenticity: Ensuring Quality of information entered in the database is free from error
Coding: Information to be classified in the database, under the following categories, to be easily and accurately reference
Function being performed by candidate
Company/ Business Sector with which person is working
Position at which candidate is working
Profile Creation: Creating Profiles and other documents as required
Qualification Check: Verifying academic qualification of candidates as per client requirement
Data Transfer: Transferring Confidential Candidate and Company information from documents into the database
Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with client w.r.t queries
Skills Required :
Communication Skills: Good Verbal and written Communication skills
Quality Focus: Adhere to quality standards and be quality conscious
Strong Client Focus: Understand client’s requirement and believe in Client first” always
Team Player: Adapt to a team and show positive team spirit
