Telecaller Responsibilities:
Handle Students Inbound And Outbound Calls.
Calls potential Students .
Recommends course based on their needs.
To provide professional and highquality counselling services to students who want to study by informing them about available courses and career opportunities.
Answers questions about the courses and about college
Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
Assisting students from start to end of the entire admission process.
Convert Leads To Admissions.
Maintaining the database of the Students on a regular basis.
Regularly meet the assigned individual and team targets.
Keep contact and financial information confidential.
Coordinating With The Operations Department From Time To Time For The Students Case Proceedings.
