The Role: Assistant Manager, Finance Transformation Location: India (Delhi) Zscaler has spent years building ground-breaking technology that's improving the security for enterprises around the world. And while engineering teams have been building great Zscaler products, our G&A teams have been building Zscaler into a great company.
In pursuit of continuous improvement and to match our exponential growth, Finance has embarked on a digital transformation journey to build a scalable Finance function. To support this effort, we are looking for a leader who will be responsible to transform Finance processes via automation and standardization. This leader will be focussed on eliminating manual work and improving processes by identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology to support Record to Report, Treasury, Tax, Order To Cash, FP&A, and Source to Pay.
A strong candidate will have functional experience in next generation technology and working experience with Finance business processes, cross-functional team leadership. Includes skills in communications, business analysis, problem-solving, cross-team coordination, project/program management, finance/business processes, and change management.
You will be able to excel in this role if you can…. - Assess end-to-end Finance processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Prioritize identified opportunities and develop a plan for delivery
- Understand current state of our Finance processes and tech stack, including but not limited to ERP (NetSuite), FloQast, SAP SuccessFactors, Coupa, ADP, Ceridian, RPA, and identify areas to integrate/ improve or technology and process landscape
- Work with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements, drive design, test solution, build training and lead implementation of identified technology solutions
- Work with stakeholders and internal audit to implement controls during automation and/ or process changes
- Support agile implementation of finance process automation; highlight risks/ issues and support mitigation/ resolution
- Manage stakeholders to understand their requests, determine criticality, asses change impacts and drive implementation
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate unnecessary work and automate manual processes to solve operational issues and drive standardization where possible Reach out to us if you have…. - 6-8 years of experience in leading and delivering technology enabled Finance transformations
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes such as RTR, O2C, STP, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, etc. processes. Accounting background and knowledge in SaaS business is preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in successful implementation of tools and technology supporting Finance processes, data, and architecture
- Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to work in a cross-functional, global, and fast-paced environment
- Agile program management skills and tools (Example – JIRA, Asana, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (LucidCharts, Confluence, Google workspace, etc.) and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- CA, CPA and/or MBA is preferred
- EMEA shift (3PM-11PM IST)
