Job description

- Take end to end responsibility of Delivery and Team's output
- Project Deliveries on Time, with Right Quality, No Escalation, Good Customer Feedback
- Responsible for Final delivery of code/package Release for deployment
- Understand Scope, Timeline and budgeted Effort and do planning.
- Manage and Control P&L of the project

Contribute as SME:

- Understand Scope and be vigilant on Scope control
- As a SME, plan comprehensive activities to complete the project satisfactorily
- Focus on delivering Business Value to customer.
- BD - Proposals Development, Project estimation Review and Resource Loading Planning
- Project Business Value Demo to Sales, Marketing and Potential Leads

Management:
- Fully utilize the allocated team for project work or other org activities
- Identifying skill gap in Team and plan training for them
- Get positive feedback/Testimonials from customer
- Solve all teething issues to start the project work without spending unproductive time by proactively working with other collaborators
- Timely communication on scope crib, delay, anticipated problems
- Manage customer Relationship
- Setup Strong Governance and Project Progress Reporting in Structured Manner
- Managing Project/Team Tasks and Planning in Structured Way
- Managing Project documentation in Structured Way
- Build Strong relationships with decision Makers of End Customers with ongoing projects
- Responsible for Account Mining & Business Development
- Refer and adhere to Budgeting Sheet - defined and agreed . For any anticipated deviation, raise the flag in advanced.

- Conduct Training Sessions
- Deliver Re-usable Components from Project to Tools Team
- Help in recruitment
- Contribute to mature processes & practices in Project Delivery

Process Adherence:

- Use correct Templates
- Make sure your team Follows Org Processes - Timesheet, Leave, Jira, OLM
- Drive Structured Data Management in your project - Team, JIRA, OLM, Git
- Define Quality Processes for your Project / Product / Tool
- Follow Org Processes - Invoicing on Time
- Contribute in Process Improvement
