Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Sales professional located in New Delhi/NCR. The professional will be responsible for managing and growing accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales operations and team, business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Designation : Vice President Sales

2. Reporting To : CEO

3. Minimum Relevant Experience  - 10 Years+ (B2B SaaS-based selling)

4. Minimum Educational Qualifications  - B. Tech (CS/IT/Electronics); MBA will be a Plus

5. Compensation : Range (60 to 80 LPA) 85-90% Fixed, 10-15% Variable)

6. Team Strength to Manage : 12 to 13 (All Managers, Senior Managers & Directors)

7. Regions to Handle : PAN India

8- Notice Period : 30 Days (Maximum) (Apply only if you can join soon)
