Job description
Jib Purpose:
To Formulate and implement strategy for land acquisition for integrated cement projects and Grinding Units of LACL projects.
. Support to all units for smooth land acquisition for mines & plant land and resolve of litigation related to land..
. Liaison with Govt Authorities. External and Internal agencies .
To explore, evaluate, Geological resource estimation & feasibility study of Limestone deposit/Mining proposals.
. To look after and co-ordinate team on prospecting work, PL to ML conversion, MoEF clearance of Mineral concession.
. To prepare Budget and Planning of all LACL project and monitoring thereof.
. Technical due-diligence of Mining proposals. Auction blocks evaluation, in terms of legal matter related to mines and land, Geological reserves & mining constraint.
. Evaluating unit performance (projects) and providing position paper, MIS and growth plan of Business to management, Highlights variance, target vs performance and land Bank.
. To identify and plan new monitoring and tracking techniques to improve system improvement in statutory compliance, timely renewal of permissions and land acquisition
Job Description:
- Strategically purchase of land at the optimum cost of Greenfield IU and GU.
- Coordination with cluster team and unit team for making strategy and ensure implementation
- Deal critical land matters and ensure effective liasoning with pan India stakeholders.
- Create Land acquisition SOP's
- Land Process digitalization
