Urgently required Credit Control Executive at Thane
1. The outstanding is analysed on a weekly basis and actions are taken to reduce the outstanding to zero
2. Ageing analysis is done and report is shared with customers on a weekly basis
3. Payment deduction is cross checked with LR/Contract/Rate approval and reconciled with customer or internal team
4. Deviation if any highlighted to reporting manager and necessary action is taken to resolve
5. Ensure all the payment entry is done immediately on payment receipt.
6. Customer ledger is reconciled every month and report is sent to customer
7. Ensure a clean book of accounts by regular coordination with internal team and customer
8. Make sure to have all the rate contract details and rate approvals are in place for effective reconciliation
9. Do analysis of receivable cycle and present to management
10. Track unbilled PODs and coordinate with internal team and customers to submit the freight bills under indemnity bond if the POD is not received in 45 days from the date of delivery
11. Provide provision / information on balance confirmation to the customers upon customer request
Candidate Profile
Educational qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - 6 to 7 years of experience in transportation/Logistics industry in Credit Control. Good candidates with the subject profile from other industry can also apply.
Salary-3 LPA to 4 LPA
Skills required -Good knowledge of operating ERP/Software systems, MS Excel knowledge and Good communication skill
