Job description

Job Description Key & Major Initiatives: a) Drive major/key initiatives of his own b) Review progress of major/key initiatives of his reportees. Provide guidance and support in enabling team members to achieve their initiatives

Process: a) Conduct MRM as per guidelines, track identified key indicators and drive major/key initiatives b) He is responsible for smoothly implementing the People Management process for his reportees. This will include timely recruitment, proper induction, identifying training needs and following PPMS timelines c) Ensure internalisation, training and compliance of modules and systems

Sales: a) Responsible for delivering overall sales of the branch through implementation of work plan b) Identification and corrective plan in gap areas and by leveraging opportunities in the branch area c) BM is expected to ensure that performance across TSI territories and WSS territories are robust and in line with the plans of the branch d) Responsible for driving sales through effective scheme implementation with regular review of effectiveness and response to schemes e) To provide feedback to ZSM on the basis of market response for improving scheme effectiveness f) Responsible for maintaining good relationship with key dealers and influencers in the market g) Conducting DRM, SGA and Influencer promotional activities in the branch area

Sales Force Management: a) ASM/BM is responsible for effective DRCP process implementation in his branch area b) To ensure that Route plans are optimised and well laid out c) The performance of the sales team against benchmarks of productivity, callage, range selling are regularly reviewed, and course corrected as required. ASM/BM is responsible for leading TSR/ISR recruitment in his branch area He should drive smooth induction & implement SOPs for effective TSI/ISR Management. Formulation and Review of TSI Work plan to drive business objectives in the branch area. b) ASM/BM is responsible for driving Implementation of all Sales Operations modules (TSI Score card, TSI checklist) in the branch area c) He should review the performance of the team, guide and develop his team members through working side by side with the team members in the market so that effectiveness becomes clear WSS Management: a) Responsible for efficient WSS operations in the branch area b) BM is expected to identify expanding/emerging markets, ensure that all distribution gaps are identified in time and recruitment of WSS is as per criteria with proper induction c) BM is expected to ensure that the working of the WSS is as per SOP and the performance/growth is in line with business expectation of the WSS territory a) ASM/BM to ensure that the WSS follows laid down financial policies of the company b) Ensure that the WSS cheques are available in the required numbers, C forms collected in time if applicable and account balance confirmation from the WSS is done on a quarterly basis

Inventory: a) ASM/BM is responsible for providing monthly forecasting inputs to the ZSM b) Ensure proper physical stock taking, initiating approval request for P&D category stocks and disposal monitoring c)He is responsible for reduction of undesirable inventory in the branch area by selling products in a timely manner d) He is also responsible for destruction of damaged goods and non saleable goods at WSS point Receivables: a) Responsible for collection of receivables in the branch area b) He should personally follow up on over dues and with WSS whose cheques bounce wilfully

Claim Management: a) Responsible for ensuring that WSS claims are settled and claim confirmations are sent on time b) Ensure that there are no undesirable claims passed in the branch area Marketing: a) ASM/BM is responsible for creating business through Demand generation activities in the branch area b) He should ensure implementation of market development plan, allocation/availability/proper usage of marketing aids/merchandising tools c) He should provide feedback on modules for improving market effectiveness Human Resource: a) ASM/BM is expected to effectively manage his team b) He is expected to assist the ZSM in filling up TSI/TSR gaps and all non-sales related positions in the branch area.

Must have-

The candidate should be a pass out from a top B college from the year 2018 to 2020. The candidate should have team handling experience.
