Summary:
Experience in basic and detailed design and project co-ordination on Energy and M&M projects.
Should have executed medium to large size EPC projects in an engineering office or consultancy of repute.
Has a good knowledge of Electrical - Physical design, the principles and practices of related technical areas and coordinating with other technical disciplines. Candidate should have exposure to Indian, US, Euro and other foreign codes/standards and local practices.
Within discipline develops designs for complete and complex engineering systems, structures and plant arrangements under supervision.Plans and executes the presentation of these in detailed scale models.

Essential Job duties:
Candidates with 12 th Certificate and minimum 10 years of working experience can be considered.
10 Years of experience, Sound knowledge of CAD design and drafting techniques using S3D, Revit, Microstation/AutoCAD, engineering drawing, graphic arts, reading of drawings and reproduction methods used by the discipline.
Familiarity with relevant design standards and guides, Skill in reading, interpreting, and using related documents and drawings prepared by other project groups.
Knowledge of the application of engineering and construction materials related to the discipline's design responsibilities.
Basic Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, design criteria, and codes relevant to the discipline.
Knowledge and understanding of Raceway, lighting, grounding design and modelling, cable sizing.
General knowledge of technical responsibilities of other groups associated with the total design effort.
Experience in using Navisworks for model review and clash detection, proficiency in SPR.
Extraction and preparation of material quantity take-offs from design drawings.
Able to work in a team and cross functional environment.
Skill in leading the technical work of less experienced designers and/or drafters who share in the design effort.
