Job Title: Welding Process Planner

Location: Magarpatta City, Pune

Experience: 3-8 Years

Qualification: Bachelors or master's in engineering, MCA

Skillsets: Weld Process Planning, Mplanner, Creo

Job Description

• B.E Mechanical with 4 years of experience in welding assembly process planning with IE related activities which includes like creation of Sequence of Events & OMS documentation.
• In Depth knowledge & experience in Welding processes
• Creation and reviewing Sequences of Events, Process Planning and Operator Method Sheets for Weldment Manufacturing
• Experience in Work content Estimation, line balancing, man-power planning, ergonomic evaluation of jobs, kitting, Lean Manufacturing methods
• Knowledge and experience in SAP for Routings and BOM creation
• Good Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Modelling e-tool, preferably CREO
• Skill in using Computer Aided Design tools.
• Good knowledge on Weld Drawings, Weld Symbols and GD & T
• Knowledge & Experience of Workflow processing - Manufacturing sequence of events, Weldment drawing review, tolerance review & DFMW.
• Experience in Manual and Robotics Weld Processes
• Executes the PDP / OFP Welding projects in Weld Process Planning, DFMW Analysis, Manual & Robotics welding at individual capacity.
• Experience in welding process selection, parameter selection and optimization
• Knowledge of Identifying and implementing quality, safety, and ergonomic improvement ideas
