Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a dynamic IT software solutions company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command over the English language, and a proven track record of successfully hiring technical positions within the IT sector.
Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs. - Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Candidate Assessment: - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills to ensure a strong match with the job requirements. - Coordinate technical assessments and evaluations as needed to evaluate candidates' proficiency.
- Job Postings and Networking: - Create compelling job descriptions and post them on multiple job portals to attract a diverse pool of candidates. - Utilize social media and professional networks to expand the company's reach and connect with potential candidates.
- Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Data Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT recruitment. - Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications - Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a software solutions company.
- Skills: - Strong communication skills with proficiency in the English language. - Demonstrated experience in hiring for technical positions within the IT sector. - Familiarity with various job portals and recruitment tools. - Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
