Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Pune. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, improving employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) related functions
• Knowledge of labor and employment law
• Experience in employee relations
• Ability to develop, implement and evaluate performance management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in media or publishing industries is a plus
• Multiple work locations
