Job description
We are looking for passionate individuals who are excited about providing top-notch guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests through various channels, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.
- Information Management: Maintain up-to-date information on services, local attractions, and resources to offer personalized recommendations.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues and find effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize digital tools and platforms to efficiently manage tasks, bookings, and communication.
- Service Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance the concierge service and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Navigate various tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
This would be a one month internship starting from 15th January up until 15th February, 2024.
You might have to travel to Goa (be prepared for it!)
