Role Description
This full-time, on-site Customer Service and Support Intern role is based out of Hyderabad and involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and traders in the stock market domain. The successful candidate will be trained in Investobull Fintech's products and solutions, and will work closely with a team to provide effective solutions to issues raised by customers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as finance, business, economics, or computer science.
- Good knowledge in Stock Market , Futures Options and technical analysis
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A strong passion for customer service, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and empathetically resolve customer issues.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity trading, and financial analysis is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and experience with working in a customer support role is a plus.
