Job description

  1. Managing Vendors (Carpenter Painter False Ceiling Tiles Conctractor etc) for interior Design work
  2. Communicating with customers on daily interior work and payment collection
  3. Manage local ads and marketing to increase sales
  4. Managing store administration
  5. Driving Sales and Customer Service
  6. Store Staff Training Review and Management
  7. Process and SOP management Proper Tagging of Merchandise
  8. Managing in store walkin clients
  9. Giving product walk through and information
  10. Communicate to All Personnel Corporate Directives Regarding Store
  11. New Client Acquisition
  12. Inventory Management
  13. Following up on leads and updating CRM systems
  14. Delivering design presentation to clients assisted by designers
  15. Weekly and Monthly performance reports to management
  16. Setting up process to stream line the Showroom day to day work


Requirements

  1. Fluent in English Hindi and Bengali
  2. Dynamic professional with excellent communication skills
  3. Indepth experience in backend & frontend retail operations.
  4. Expertise in functions like Operations Merchandising Customer Service Quality Inventory Control MIS Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers.
  5. Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective feedback.
  6. 35 Years of experience in the Furniture/Furnishing/Home D cor/Kitchen Appliances industry.
  7. Ensure Showroom is Kept to Company Visual Standards
  8. Resolve All Customer Complaints
  9. Control of Expenditures
  10. Oversee Security of Operation


Prior Experience 3 Years of Store Manager Experience in Furniture Interior Design Industry.

Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali Dynamic professional with excellent communication skills In-depth experience in back-end & front-end retail operations. Expertise in functions like Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers. Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective feedback. 3-5 Years of experience in the Furniture/Furnishing/Home D cor/Kitchen Appliances industry.
