About VAP GroupOne stop destination for all blockchain solutions .We are adept at assisting all blockchain efforts,including ICO, STO, NFT, DeFi and IEO and FinTech, flourish in an intensely competitive andextremely volatile market with our knowledge of and expertise in all industry fundamentals.We strive to make your visions for blockchain projects a reality and offer multi-chain services tohelp you better serve your clients and create enduring brand recognition and consumer loyalty.We have highly qualified experts in Blockchain marketing, recruiting, media management, pressreleases, conference production, and other services.Requirements● Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and socialmedia to introduce the business solution and identify appropriate clients within the targetmarket.● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating businessgeneration activities, and developing customized targeted sales strategies.● Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential clientquestions and follow-up call questions, and responding to client requests for proposals(RFPs).● Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they areretained.● Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potentialclients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.● Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, maintaining a database ofprospective client information.● Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales andworking with the client through the closing process.● Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews, meetingor exceeding annual sales goals.● 3+ years of similar Business Development experience (Recruitment/ Media industrybackground good to have)● Experience into Business Development ( US/UK/APAC/MENA) is preferred● Hands on experience of handling clients independently
