Job description
1. Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, managing clients MS-Outlook calendar, and travel bookings
2. Dashboard Maintenance for client and team
3. Work on and update data on CRM and ERP tools used by clients business
4. Support Business Intelligence Team with design and maintenance of data and org structure of the clients business
5. Support technical training for client and team on SharePoint.
6. Update the MS Outlook distribution lists for clients business and external contractors in client server
7. Intermediate Research on companies or competitor products.
8. Updating online databases, working on Excel and PowerPoint presentations
Competency / Skills
1. Excellent spoken and written English of global standards
2. Tech savvy and competent to take up above responsibilities. Preferably, should have working knowledge of any CRM, ERP and SharePoint.
