*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong sales and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of our industry and products, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and optimizing operations involved while conducting online classes.
• Coordinating with parents and instructors and following up with them to ensure the smooth functioning of classes.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Find ways to increase the quality of client service.
• Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
• Interpreting data, and analyzing results.
• Improve overall department and organization efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes

Pre-requisites:
• Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate, and take on projects.
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer management is preferred.
• Preferred industries - Edutech, Start-ups.
