Grow Your Staff is looking for a

Business Development Executive

for a company based in Singapore.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the client based out in Singapore.

Experience required

: 1-2 years CTC

: 5-7 LPA Location

: Remote Time

: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

Scout for new business opportunities and markets Foster and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and success Devise and implement growth strategies, focusing on both short-term gains and long-term objectives Conduct thorough market research to inform growth strategies and identify potential challenges Ensure adequately qualified leads are delivered to respective account owners

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related area Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn as a platform Strong networking and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with an analytical approach
