Trusted thought-partner who supports the US Commercial Analytics Pod Lead and is directly responsible for management of the analyst teams that support one or multiple business units. The U.S. Commercialization Senior Manager will play an instrumental role in establishing the team culture and capabilities of the team in our new Hyderabad site, driving delivery to a wide range of secondary analytics, and scaling BIA capabilities. This leader should be someone who thrives under pressure, tight timelines ambiguity though able to provide focus and clear priorities to their team.
Roles Responsibilities:
Directly manage 15-25 people across multiple Business Unit analyst teams that provide analytical support to the US commercial teams
Core areas of analytic support for the team would include leveraging secondary data sources (Rx, claims) and internally generated data for analytics such as: performance tracking deep dives (nation/subnational), understanding of performance drivers, growth opportunity assessment, HCP/account segmentation, promotional planning / measurement, KPI/metric design, launch planning analytics, etc
Partner with pod lead to develop a training curriculum and establishing training process for both new team members and continued learning for established team members
Lead across matrix teams to develop and enhance data infrastructure, data pipelines and analytical tools for efficient data collection, processing and analysis
In coordination with US based leaders, establish operating principles to guide working model between US / Hyderabad teams, creating a culture of connectivity and meaningful work within Hyderabad teams
Maintain close alignment of Hyderabad and global BIA priorities and standards by ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs and implementing ways of working that drive efficiencies within a global operating model

Strong verbal/written skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and strategically impact senior leadership
Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams, influence cross functionally and manage a heavy workload
Strong creative problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify key findings from disparate data sources to provide recommendations
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of qualitative design, data analysis and applied statistics
Experience:
BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred)
MBA/other graduate degree preferred
7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience managing/leading large team(s) supporting US based stakeholders
Experience operating successfully in a complex organizational environment
Experience interacting with senior management, understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling their insight/ analytical information requirements
Experience in working with US healthcare datasets ( e.g. IQVIA/SHS National, Subnational, Patient Claims), data processing and visualization tools, and statistical software packages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau)
