Ltd.) is a social enterprise to fund the unfunded women microentrepreneurs Banks are not willing to lend credit to individuals in this segment due to absence of credit history in Credit Bureau reports loan size (large number of small loans) and high risk due to loan delinquencies Our proprietary algorithm helps measure individual s credit worthiness and our hightech loan management platform integrated with core banking system of partner banks helps address large numbers of micro borrowers Currently we are sourcing women microentrepreneurs to partner banks alongside driving diversification strategies to loop in other financial partners to empower our segment in India at scale

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daytoday financial operations of the company.

Maintain and update financial records ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and process invoices receipts payments and other financial transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Support in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Stay updated on accounting principles regulations and industry trends.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce (B. Com/M. Com).

13 years of relevant accounting experience.

Familiarity with accounting software preferably Tally.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Working Conditions:

This is a fulltime position (onsite).

The work week is 6 days.
