What we want:

We are currently seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist with experience working with advertising and marketing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing Vertoz' s reputation through effective communication and strategic IR and PR initiatives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, media relations expertise, and a proven track record of successful PR campaigns.

What will you do:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

•Create and distribute press releases and other materials to enhance the organization's visibility.

•Respond to media inquiries promptly and effectively.

•Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

•Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

•Identify opportunities for positive media coverage and brand exposure.

•Create engaging and compelling content for press releases, articles, and other PR materials.

•Work closely with the marketing team for the organization's social media presence and contribute to content creation for various platforms.

•Act as a spokesperson during times of crisis, providing accurate and timely information to the media.

•Develop crisis communication plans and train key staff on effective crisis response.

•Plan and execute PR events, conferences, and product launches to maximize media coverage.

•Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.

•Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

•Analyze PR metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

 

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in public relations or communications.

•Proven experience of 8-12 months in a PR role, with a successful track record in media relations and campaign management.

•Experience working with advertising and marketing clients.

•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

•Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.

•Crisis management experience is a plus.

•Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
